Authenticator damaged my jewelry item
My jewelry item was returned by the authenticator to me (the seller) because the item gold weight was inaccurate. When I opened the package, the item was obviously not in the orginal condition. I doubt I can sell it without greatly reducing the price. What recourse do I have?
