Authenticator choice of courier causing issues
Delivery service chosen by Authenticator very poor.
UPS refusing to deliver on a weekend, refusing to deliver to a neighbour, refusing to deliver to my work address and refusing to deliver to a secure UPS location for me to collect.
Appears I will have to take a day off work to wait in for UPS delivery due to their inflexibility. This is not satisfactory.
Authentication is a good idea in principal but problems like this need ironing out .
Delivery proving very difficult and inconvenient.
The seller tells me they sent the item to the Authenticator by Royal Mail.
If the authenticator had sent it on using the same service, there would have been no issue as I could have arranged delivery at weekend or collected from local Royal Mail depot.
Seems Authenticator cutting corners by using cheap and inflexible service.
Seller tells me not their fault which is true but I have no contact details for Authenticator and UPS not interested.
Very disappointed and concerned.
