Authenticator
I sold a card and sent it directly to the buyer who has received it with no issues. eBay will not pay me because the card did not go through the authenticator. How can I get my money?

How were you able to send it directly to the buyer - eBay doesn't disclose the buyer name/address.
The shipping label would be to the authenticator only - did you use an eBay label?
