Mentor2 years agoIf the item you are selling qualifies for the Authenticity Guarantee, after the buyer pays, when you print the shipping label, the item will ship to the authenticator. If it passes, they ship to the buyer. If it does not pass, you get the item back and the buyer is refunded from your funds.
