authentications
I need to remove a AUTHENTICATION request on a sold item item is paid for and moneys on hold for item to be sent to authentification company. i asked the buying customer to remove the authentification request not sure if she can do that ?

Mentor11 months agoYou must ship to the authenticator.
The buyer cannot remove the authentication.
You do not have a choice if it sold with authentication, you have to ship to that address and have them send it to the buyer.
