Does eBay send seller information about their findings on authentication?

·3 years agoWhen a seller's item qualifies for Authenticity Guaranteed, the authenticators will determine whether or not the item is authentic, and if it is authentic, whether it matches the description. If it does not pass, they'll simply let the seller know it does not match the description or that it is not authentic. They'll return the item, but won't elaborate.
