Authentication program stole my jewelry
I have been selling on eBay for 30 years. Never had a problem. Recently I encountered a nightmare situation. The authenticator stated that she received an empty jewelry box from me . As an honest 100% seller , this shocked me. They told me to file a claim against USPS. I firmly believe the authentication process has someone who steals. Please be careful with eBay now. They should have an internal investigation for this situation! My bracelet is worth 4000 usd! They just stole it and told me to file usps claim! This is insane! I would not deal with them again!
