Authentication process
I bought a Levian Pink Sapphire Ring back in Oct last year. It was authenticated by E-bay. I took it to jeweler to get cleaned and I was told that the diamonds were not diamonds! All Levian jewlery uses diamonds in there work.
I am very disappointed that the Authentication process did not reveal this. Any suggestions on how to remedy? Thanks.
