Authentication on Graded Cards Adding Tons of Shipping Time
Is it just me or does anyone else think the "authentication" process of sending a graded card to be authenticated by eBay prior to having it shipped to the buyer is not necessary? Also, did they change shipping methods recently? I ask because I bought a PSA graded card 20 days ago that was authenticated and then shipped to me somehow via USPS. I still don't have it. The tracking info says it's late as though I don't already know that. I know it's the Christmas season so the USPS is swamped with packages but this is a bit extreme. Also, in the past when something came from authentication, it showed up in 2 days. I wonder if anyone knows if they switched to something different such as first class. Thoughts?
