Authentication of a purse
I sold a coach purse that was sent to authentication division. The buyer made a comment on feedback that the purse had a strong smoke smell that was not in description but it wasn't a problem since she liked the smell. (Go figure) This purse was never exposed to any type of smoke. Would the authentication have noted a strong smell and contacted buyer or returned it to me since it was not noted in the description.

I believe the authentication department would have failed the item if it had a strong odor.
I would ignore the buyer. She may be fishing for partial refund.
