Authentication - not sealed correctly

Hi. I received a 2005 Playoff Prime Cuts - Timeline Cal Ripken Jersey Autographed Card that the authenticator authenticated, but used the wrong-sized team bag/top loader tuxedo or whatever you call it. It's the correct style, but the wrong size. It ruins the aesthetic of the collectible. How do I get Ebay to properly redo this in order to maintain the authentication?

3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)

Mentor1 week agoYou have to go through CS to be routed to authentication cs. I went through this several months ago with a card issue for a card I bought

OP1 week agoThey had somebody contact me. They refused to send it back to authentication again, but were willing to give me money back. Make it make sense. That Authenticator should get dinged. That’s just sloppy.
