Authentication guaranteed-or not?

I purchased a hockey card on 9/18 for $660 with authentication guarantee included. Only it arrived in a toploader. Ebay ai bots only want to refund but im trying to get it authenticated. Am I beating a dead horse?

@bacger97 File a not as described return request. You need to do this within 3 days of the date of delivery. Ask eBay to step in and help on the 4th business day if the seller has not provided a return shipping label.

The only way to get it authenticated by eBay is if the seller relists it after it is returned.

Did you use a PO box for the delivery address? That cancels the authencity guarantee.

If you did not use a PO BOX please share the item number or link to the listing.
