Authentication failed my shoes...again why?
With no reason given, the authenticators in Las Vegas are failing our shoes. We are losing out on money and no one can tell us why? What can I do other then leave the platform?

Mentor2 years agoWhen you get the shoes back, double check the item specifics for the shoes. Make sure they match exactly. If you state with tags, make sure the tags are there. If you say box included, make sure the box is included.

OP2 years agoThanks for replying! They said they could neither confirm or deny which results in a failed authentication why is not right. When I called to get more info, they can't really tell me...something about product specifications but they don't know which one.
