Authentication Department Sent Bag with Blood on it
I am trying to contact the Authentication department. They did the authentication on a white Chanel bag I ordered and someone somewhere along the process either cut themselves or had a nose bleed or something. It arrived with a blood drip down the chain on the leather and metal as well as on the bottom of the flap. I ordered cream that got the blood off of the lambskin but it has stained the stitching in 2 areas. What do I do? I don't want to damage the bag by using anything harsh on the bag but it is obvious, not to mention, gross.

You should not have tried cleaning it though, that might void the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
