Authentication department does not give proper detailed information as why they declined my item
my buyer still wants the item as it was as described 14Kt gold, maybe they found a scratch on the stones, I don't know, they did not give proper explanation. Ebay should always give detailed explanation as why they rejected the sale, also, give the buyer an option of still purchasing the item. I have heard from my customers that they have had many problems with Ebay on this.
