Last Friday I received a notice that my brand-new bag that I sold did not pass inspection. I have tried repeatedly to contact ebay but cannot.
My bag is brand new purchased from the high end designer store never used and there telling me it smells and has a scratch on it. I'm just hoping they are not going to send the wrong bag back. they pay you and then take the money back which does not make sense. Why pay if it wasn't Authenticated.
Just very upset that a bag that was still in its dust bag failed this inspection.
If anyone knows how to get in touch with the Authentication Department, I would greatly appreciate it.
