Authentication center stolen item
First time item the value over $400 sent to the authentication center , post page and post office show up delivered . But I contacted the eBay agent some said arrived but need times to inspection then after few days other authentication center agents said won’t receive it, But they not tell me more details just saying won’t receive it has nothing to do with me . I believe the authentication staff stolen my items. Now eBay not contact me solution and compensation, I just need my items back??
