authentication cannot be made due to miscategorization
I purchased a pair of lab grown diamonds on Ebay and the same was sent to the authentication center. Without further details, Ebay sent me an email stating my item cannot be authenticated due to "miscategorization". Despite this situation, they went ahead and sent me the items anyway. How can I find out what is exactly meant by miscategorization? All I was expecting is confirmation that the lab grown diamonds are authentic but I do not have such confirmation. I liked the stones that were sent but not sure if they are authentic.
