Authentication bypass

I sold a 799.00 diamond ring yesterday. When I printed the shipping label, it was to a PO Box and not an authenticator. What do I do?

I suggest to contact eBay.

Scroll to the bottom of the help page.

Click on "Contact us"

Add â€˜agent' in the chat box that popped up.

Answer questions if showing up.

Find the agent, maybe under "More actions".

Make a choice for a chat or a call to you.
