If your item qualifies, ebay will display the Authentication Guarantee logo. Once you have a sale, and the buyer has paid, when you go to print the shipping label, it will be to the authenticator. If the item is authenticated, they will send the item to the buyer. If it does not pass authentication, the item is returned to you and the buyer is refunded.

OP3 weeks agoOk so when I print a shipping label it goes to the authenticator. Do I just put a copy of that in the package so eBay sends it to the customer?

Mentor3 weeks agoThe authenticator knows where the buyer is located. You can print and add the packing slip in the package if you like.
