Authentication
Why won't eBay tell me why a vintage pair of Tiffany and Co 18k gold earring earrings with pearls were authenticated yet said they didn't match the description or photos? I didn't use a filter, modify it etc. The were appraised two years ago for $3700 and I sold them for $2000. I cannot get anyone on the phone. They were in great condition when I shipped them ( and I packed the meticulously)
