If eBay gave you the buyer’s address, then the card is not going to go to the authenticator. Was the buyer’s address a PO Box? That is the usual reason that an item does not go for authentication.
When you list an item that qualifies for the authenticity guarantee, you should exclude PO Boxes from your shipping locations.
