Authenticated Item still unshipped after a week
Summary: v98vp-77 is concerned about an expensive Pokémon card purchased from a seller, which has been authenticated but remains unshipped for over a week. USPS tracking shows that only a label was created, with no further updates. v98vp-77 is unsure how to contact eBay or the authenticator to resolve the issue.
The seller’s package was delivered to the authentication center, the item was authenticated, and a USPS shipping label was created on July 31. However, it’s now been about a week, and USPS tracking still only says “Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item.” There have been no acceptance scans or movement since the label was created.
Since the item is an expensive Pokémon card, I’m concerned that it may have been lost what should i do in this scenario i can’t find a way to email ebay my question or contact the authenticator.

Mentor1 month agoGo to your Purchase history and locate the item. Look at the estimated delivery date. When it is at least 1 day past that date, but not more than 30 days past, you can file a refund request for Item Not Received. The seller will have 3 days to respond with either a tracking number showing Delivered or refund you in full. If the seller does neither, on day 4, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
