Authenticated HOKA sneaker falling apart
1 month after purchasing a brand new pair of HOKA sneakers the soles start to fall apart.
These were sold brand new in the original box and authenticated by EBAY.
The seller won't refund, EBAY won't refund, HOKA won't warranty.
What's up with that?

If the shoes fell apart more than 30 days after you received them, your Money Back Guarantee protections had lapsed.
These were sold brand new in the original box and authenticated by EBAY.
eBay's authenticity dept. may have passed the shoes but they are not looking for manufacturing flaws.

As stated above your ebay protections lapse after 30 days from receiving items. If your seller was not an authorized HOKA dealer, their warranty would not be valid for the shoes. If your seller was an individual who bought or received the shoes and decided to sell them, the warranty would only be applied to the original buyer unless a store receipt was received with them.
Mfr's. warranties only apply to the original purchase even if a seller gets them from a store closing, overstock sale or superseded model sale.
