Authenticated but sent back for other reasons
I sold a pair of shoes and they were authenticated as being authentic but they were sent back to me stating that the item wasn't new and did not match the description. That buyer went on to purchase shoes elsewhere. So, I changed the listing to read Pre-owned - Excellent and in the title I wrote that they were new except for being worn once including out to my garage to check for fit and function. These are new except for that one time try on. I did not delete the old listing I just used the re-list function. A new buyer purchased the shoe and the exact same thing happened and they are being sent back to me again. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to completly delete the old listing and list again? The listing I saw that came back with the failed inspection report is the old listing description not my new one that I re-listed.

Mentor10 months agoYes, you need to remove the listing showing NEW as the condition. Use the listing showing PRE-OWNED.

Mentor10 months ago@ecliptictika Sorry that's happening. It is best to sell the shoes elsewhere.
