OP5 days agoThis issue was resolved primarily through GIA. They stated was a glitch on their end.

Mentor2 weeks agoGo to the Paid & shipped order. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent tracking updates. You may have to file an insurance claim for a lost package. You said there was a Cancellation? Did the buyer ask for the cancellation, you accepted and have already refunded the buyer?

OP2 weeks agoI had to cancel order after item was sent to authentication; there is a divorce and property dispute. It was received by authentication (GIA) in Carlsbad, CA and received by someone named Martinez on August 18. Item not yet authenticated I cancelled order buyer has been fully refunded already through EBay. No word on my item return.

Mentor2 weeks agoAs @disneyshopper , one of our experienced Mentors, mentioned, checking the tracking is important here. Thanks for clarifying that it shows the item was delivered to the GIA authentication center on August 18.
Since the buyer has already been refunded and the item is at the authentication center, I would now check the canceled order for any return tracking or update from GIA. If nothing is showing yet, contact eBay specifically about the Authenticity Guarantee jewelry order and ask them to confirm the status and return of your item.

OP2 weeks agoI appreciate the information and assistance. I am having no success contacting Enay as it keeps sending me in loops. Was planning to call GIA on Monday to inquire as I see no other point of contact. I can not locate from the above link to authentication guarantee any way to submit a status update. The item appears to just be sitting there.?

Mentor1 week agoYes, at this point I think calling GIA on Monday, any success? Calling is reasonable since tracking confirms they received the item on August 18 and you still have no return tracking.
I would also contact eBay through a private message on their official Instagram account. Explain that the order was canceled after the jewelry reached GIA, the buyer has already been fully refunded, and you need help locating the item and confirming when it will be returned to you.
