Authentic sports jerseys
I recently sold some jerseys and the buyer said that they are not authentic and put a refund request. My question is why is the options of “unbranded†and “not officially licensed†an option if the buyer still has the option of returning them because the jersey is unofficial and/or authentic? It’s quite contrary isn’t it?

Mentor8 months ago@janden16. An unbranded product doesn't try to look just like the real one.
I understand that this is frustrating but you need to accept the return and refund 100%.
