Authentic guaranteed
I bought a item that was authentic guaranteed…it saids it’s arriving late….last time a item I bought said it was arriving late I never got it…if it’s authentic guaranteed is eBay responsible for the item because they where the last to ship it

Mentor3 years agoYour purchase is covered by the money back guarantee if you don't receive it. You must wait unitl it is late compared to the estimated delivery date in your purchase history.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
