Authentic Guarantee
Hi can a buyer request for authenticity guarantee? Seller said “eBay chooses which items it wishes to authenticate neither a seller or buyer can request this, eBay Help & Support will verify this statement.â€
I chatted with customer service and the answer I got was that; yes it is possible for seller to add it. So which is true? Thank you.
