Authentic bag listed as new, but it was used
This item was listed as new, when I received it, it was obviously used. Stained liners, scratched corners. The Authenticator didn’t check the listing that it was supposed to be new. I opened a case to return it and it was immediately closed by EBay. Now I have to go through all of this to return it. Five days now no reply from EBay after all the pictures I have sent them because the seller said no returns.
