authenicate
ebay wants to "authenticate $100 sneakers " and send to New Jersey (even though buyer is from Florida)...yet I sold Prada sandals (never authenticated) for $300 and eBay is still holding my sellers money...should I hire a lawyer for eBay misleading funds available?

OP1 year agoebay is not trustworthy. nothing in account then magically appears. I think they had other complaints about mishandling of seller funds.

All new, infrequent or returning Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a Buyer dispute. eBay allows Buyers 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that. Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will begin to release your funds sooner.
As for the sneakers vs the sandals. The sneakers qualified for the eBay Authenticity Guarantee program and must be sent to the Authenticator first. If the Authenticator verifies the sneakers, they will then be shipped to your Buyer. The sandals must not have qualified for that benefit.

OP1 year agothe sandals were Prada sold for $300...I shipped direct to buyer...I think Prada is more important than ON sneakers.
