August 1 -- Is anyone else being charged .35 cents to revise an item already listed?
Just curious. This isn't listing specific. I wanted to revise the title on one listing and ran into this charge, so I thought I'd try with a different listing and I'm being hit with the same fee for a revision on any of my listings. The fee reads as an insertion fee, but it's the beginning of the months and I still have close to 250 free listings available. Plus it's a revision, not an insertion.

It might be a good idea to Report the issue to eBay. Here's how:
Look in the bottom right hand corner of the > eBay Home Page and click on the icon. You can Report content, Send feedback to eBay, or Report a technical problem (see screenshot below):

Mentor1 year ago@heres-to-you I know it says listing fee but do you by chance have Gallery Plus checked in one of the categories that a .35 cents fee is charged for?
