Auctions do not relist
Hello:
I list over 100 hundred auctions every week on eBay within the "Comics and Graphic Novels" category, however the "Auto Relist" option is not available to me (not shown under pricing options). The information I am able to find states:
Automatic relisting is available for most categories, but there are some exclusions (see below). If your item doesn't sell after 8 relists, it will appear in your unsold items. Please keep in mind that the automatic relist option is only available for listings created by new and occasional sellers.
I believe Auto Relist is valid for the Comics & Graphic Novels category, so if true, then the hinderance appears to be "only available for listings created by new and occasional sellers."
Why? Why would ebay limit this feature to new and occasional sellers only? That feature is more valuable to sellers that list all the time. I'm spending hours manually relisting each unsold auction every week.
Note: The Bulk Relisting option would not be helpful to me because all selected auctions would end at the same time thus limiting my multi-purchase buyers from bidding at the last minute to take advantage of combine shipping.
Any good suggestions?

I sell a lot Auction style and I have never used the Auto Relist feature ... of course my stuff probably doesn't qualify but that's beside the point, I want control over when Auctions are going to end.
I use the Bulk Editor to Relist large groups of Auctions that ended without a sale and I like the Scheduling feature that lets me pick when they will go live and how far apart I want them spaced for sequential closing purposes.
If you are not familiar with the Bulk Editor its easy to use, just check the boxes beside say 10 Unsold listings and then go to the top of the list and click the Relist button. The 10 items will be loaded to the Bulk Editor, check the box above the list so they all get a checked box ... right above that is the pull-down menu for the Edit fields ... change duration for all, use the Start time to schedule when they start and if you want them spaced apart via the pull-down menu in minute increments.
The bulk Editor can change settings for any items checked on the left, it is a nice tool.

Thank you for replying. This option will be very helpful. I was not aware that Start Times could be adjusted.

When you use that tool make sure you note the starting time zone used ... if it is for the west coast and you are not in that time zone you will have to add or subtract to get to your time zone.
There is a ton of stuff you can change on listings and you can also change individual listings in the Bulk Editor flow
