·2 years agoIt depends what the error message says.
As a seller you can check your Buyer Requirements Activity Log https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/blockedbuyeractivities to see if it's anything that you have set that's preventing it. Other than that refer the buyer to this forum (s/he will not be able to reply to this thread but can start a new thread) to post the actual text of the error message along with the circumstances.
