Auctions
I had two items up for auction and after bidding wars two separate winners of the auction one cancels and one doesn’t pay. Are buyer held accountable. I mean the other 15 people would have liked the item. I tried the second chance offer but they weren’t sold. Very frustrating. Maybe I shouldn’t do auctions?

Mentor2 years agoIf a buyer hasn't paid by day five, select the cancellation option in the dropdown next to the order using the reason that the buyer hasn't paid. The buyer will earn an unpaid item strike on his account. Two or more and his ability to buy will be limited or even ended.
Add the buyer to your blocked buyer list here:

Scroll down that page and turn on the option to auto-block buyers with 2 or more unpaid items within 12 months. That will help to protect you from repeat offenders.
