I have 2 auctions that just finished. 1 that hasn’t paid, and another that “bought on accidentâ€.
how are you going to compensate me for lost time? Your systems doesn’t hold a buyers accountable for auctions so the only people losing is sellers as you’ll still get paid when it’s relisted and sold.

When your time is that valuable, you must list as fixed price (Buy It Now) with Immediate Payment Required.
Retail/customer service is like that. Potential losses must be worked into costs.

At least they told you. Some will go through with paying and receiving the item before forcing the seller to pay return shipping as well.
