Mentor1 month agoThe Buy It Now price goes away on most items once you get your first bid. Just be glad you got some bids or you could have sold it for your opening bid.

eBay expects you to honor the sale. If you do not then you MUST cancel the order as out of stock/ damaged from the drop down menu next to the item.
You get a DEFECT on your account for canceling this way. Defects seriously hurt your account, especially as a new seller. The buyer may also leave negative feedback.
When you cancel it will start the refund process.
This is how refunds work>>
Refunds, even for order cancellations, come out of your available funds not pending or held. If you do not have available funds then eBay charges your back up payment method for selling costs.
Have you entered your backup payment method for selling costs here:
https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list Select Manage under the method you want to use then select Preferred for selling costs. I use a credit card.
Once you issue the refund and the buyers funds are released from being held or finish processing then the buyers payment is released to you.
