You canmessage the bidder by clicking on the bid number, this will open the bid history and show all bidders. Click on the bidder's ID then use the Contact link to send them a message explaing that you are cancelling bids to correct a mistake.

You will need the eBay item number off the listing plus the bidder's ID
You After the bid is cancelled try the Edit function on the listing ... if it does not allow your corrections then End the listing and Relist it making corrections.
