Auction winner not paying

You wait 4 days and then on day 5 you use the pull down menu on the item and select Cancel ... the reason you select for the cancellation is "Buyer hasn't paid" ... the Buyer gets one Unpaid item strike on their account. That strike takes 12 months to roll off their account and if they get 2 they will not be able to buy much on eBay until one of the strikes rolls off their account.
Do NOT send another invoice, the 4 days resets every time you do that. Also, you don't have to message the Buyer more than once ...
On a side note, depending on when the Auction ended, the Buyer may be out of town, on vacation, etc with no access to their account. You may want to wait until at least tomorrow (Monday) to see if they pay.
