Auction listing won't list
I've tried to set up an auction twice. I fill in all the information and push "List". The screen goes grey and nothing is listed. Thanks in advance for your help.

Mentor2 years agoI see that all of your active listings are fixed price, with free shipping, and just a handful of listings include a shipping price.
What error message are you seeing, if any? Are you trying to list using auction format and free shipping or with buyer paying the shipping?

OP2 years agoI’m not getting any error message. When I get to “list†at the bottom, my screen goes gray and does nothing. I’ve tried it twice. I want to list with buyer paying the shipping. I’m using Edge by Microsoft as a browser on my PC. also have google chrome. Would that make a difference?
