Auction ended for violation - Unclear what is wrong

Question

I have a listing ended, and to this day (3 months later) I still cannot understand what was wrong, and why I can't relist the item. It's nothing unusual, and the AI messages said I violated "selling outside EBay" on that item. I do not understand that reply considering almost no one has inquired on the particular auction.

@outlawofthecaribbean It would be difficult to advise you without being able to view your listing page. Did you have an outside link on the listing page? Did you encourage members to contact you?
