auction ended but bidding continued
It has been a long while since I've used ebay, but need to understand if things changed I thought I won a bid lastnight. The auction ended with my high bid so I closed my computer to follow up this morning, and then I found that I lost the auction. How is this? Do they reopen the auction for a few minutes to see if bidding continues?

·1 year agoEBay auctions are timed to the second not to the minute.
Many bids Post in the last few seconds.
Enter you maximum bid when you first bid, the it doesn't matter.
