Auction Disabled - Jowal Ubri
Hello.
I have withholdings for bidding at auctions. I don't think they are correct, since the times they have made a cancellation it has not been on my part, but on the seller's part. I had an occasion where the item was defective at the time of shipping and the seller contacted me via ebay chat to cancel the order and give me a refund. The other time I got a reversal because USPS did not deliver the package and the seller offered me a partial refund. Please verify, as I am not being treated correctly.

Here's how to contact eBay customer service to ask why you have restrictions>
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.

2. Request a call back or live chat
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)
If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.
