I noticed on one seller site that all they're auctions end on exact time and date. They have several dozen items listed. How can this be?

Many Sellers schedule their listings ahead of time to go "live" at a certain time. That seems to be what this Seller is doing. There is nothing wrong with Sellers scheduling listings in advance, but that would be why he/she might have dozens starting at the same time.
