Atttaching a file to a message
I have been trying to send a message with a picture attached to a buyer for almost 24 hours, and have been unable. I'm not getting any kind of message that there's a problem, but I can see that the photo doesn't attach and the message doesn't send. I have used Edge, Chrome, Firefox. None are working. I have reduced the size of the file, still unsuccessful. Any suggestions on how to correct this?
