Attempting to return item while purchased as a guest
I recieved my confirmation of a return w/ a “return by date†but when I click on return status … screen goes blank and tells me nothing of WHERE TO SEND IT TO nor HOW TO RETURN IT.

Mentor3 years agoFor help with a guest purchase, try using a different browser and do not sign in to your eBay account.
