Attempting to Return a Purchase But Buyer

How can I return an item to a seller whose listing was removed for a policy violation and does not show up on any page? This is ridiculous. Here is the info on the purchase and a screenshot.

@mkdlikestoys* It looks like you were able to start a return request. I know this seems strange since the item is removed but the system works the same as other returns.

You just need to ask eBay to step in and help on April 19th if the seller has not refunded you or sent a return label.
