Attempting return and refund to ebay motors
I purchased and received 2 exterior door handles that I order for my 1994 toyota camry (last week). They are the wrong items and do not fit my car. I am trying to return within 30 days. I purchased as a guest and have received the items. I am trying to return them for a refund but when I do this and I attempt to enter my order #, or part # the system just keeps telling me it does not compute (ie I have no purchase history and no orders. The system doesnt recognize me. How do I print a return label in this status so that I can return my purchase within 30 days.
I did make contact with the seller "Find IT Parts LLC" however they emailed me back that they will accept the return however I must go through ebay channels or processing. I am trying to but its not working for me
