attempt to speak with live rep for Ebay
I can't seem to find an actual way to speak with a live rep to cancel my buyer's account. Feels like I'm stuck in an endless loop of instructions that never get me to where I want to be. It was very easy to open an account: not so easy to close one.

You may have to wait for recent transactions to settle before you are able to fully close the account.
