Attaching screen shot of image of conversation I am having with seller who denies ever doing that

How do I do that?Seller posted image of item. I asked about missing parts. He told me the parts were included. Not only were those parts not included, but another part that was shown on the image was NOT included. He denies I ever asked him about the parts. I took a screen shot of our conversation to prove that I indeed did, but do not know how to attach it to the site where I am communicating with seller.

We don't need to see the screen shot ... and I'm not sure it's even allowed to post it on a public board. It really doesn't matter what the seller remembers saying, IF you received an item that doesn't match what was said and shown in the listing ... here's what you do:

Go to your Purchase History and file a 'return request' ... choosing 'Item doesn't match description or photos' as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn't provide EITHER a prepaid shipping label OR a full refund within 3 business days ... then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will handle the rest.
